Baby Shower

Everyone mark your calendars, the baby shower is going to be held on September 3rd, 2011 at a family members house that will be easier for everyone to come to in Sussex. :)

Well, Without a doubt.....

We had the big ultrasound this morning, and everything looked great, everything is developing on track, and we found out that we are definatly having a boy :)
Well off to Portland tomorrow with Tiffany and Sandra to go shopping :)

The cherry on top of a poopy day

Ok, so the weather outside is pitiful, making for a poopy day...but I trudged on my way to work, with the thought that tomorrow will be much...MUCH better....I have been waiting for this day for 4 months.....then lunchtime happened....dun dun DUNH!!!! the hospital called and cancelled my appointment tomorrow for my ultrasound.....well, I don't think that I have been hormonal so far during my pregnancy....but I think it happened today...I felt like my head was going to explode and I was going to go exorcist at any minute......now I have to wait until friday......friday seems like a lifetime away....hopefully tomorrow will be better, I will win the lottery and buy my own ultrasound machine.

Ok, so today I had yet another doctors appointment (I'm getting pretty good with the routine of them, as I go every 2 weeks) and got to hear the baby's heartbeat...I have heard it before, but it;s so exciting to hear it again...it makes you realize that "wow, there really is something in there"
Also the countdown is on...wednesday we find out the sex........please please let the ultrasound tech be competent and let the baby cooperate so we can see :)

Ideas....Ideas

Today, I made the long trip to St.George with my friend Shannon, to attend the baby shower of our friend Tiffany....There was so much great food and fun games, that it made me start to think of some fun games that we can play at my own baby shower....any idea's from anyone??? I have a lot, so maybe I will get suggestions from you guys and narrow my list down by the most popular.

So.....what to write.....what to write....For everyone who is looking at this blog, I decided to start it, in order to update everyone on how I am doing, what I am doing etc...We all have busy lives...trust me....nursing student talking.....and I have many family and friends whom are in different timezones; which makes it difficult sometimes to communicate on a regular basis and I really did not want to make posts on social networking sites....I'm kind of private, I thought this way would be a little better (you can let me know what you think). This way, everyone can be updated towards baby shower details,  Future Online Registry (which I will post here) <of which I can update and people can post on.

So you're probably wanting a bit of an explanation.............

Some of you are probably wondering..."Why Punky's Baby???" Is Erica losing it a little??? Well I could be, but thats besides the point.  Many of you,,,would not believe it today....but, I guess, that I was a very colorful child.....So,...explaining time.....Punky or Punk for short ( I think it was all from Punky Brewster, for those of you old enough to know who that is).....was my childhood nickname (Thanks Uncle Kirk)...and to this day....my family still calls me Punk(y)....so now you know.
